Allegro had 15.3 million active buyers in Poland at the end of Q4 2025, and you do not need a Polish company to sell to them. Allegro runs a separate registration route for companies from outside Poland: one set of rules for the European Economic Area, a tighter one beyond it (source: help.allegro.com/en, registration for non-Polish companies, September 2026).
We are a team of six in Zielona Góra, Poland. We take brands onto 42 sales platforms in Europe, Allegro among them, and we are in the Allegro Ads partner programme. Here is what we tell a seller from Germany, Denmark or Lithuania.
Can a company registered outside Poland sell on Allegro?
Yes. From the EEA it is five steps, laid out below, and the requirements are written country by country, for the EEA countries and the UK. From outside the EEA the rules tighten: "only one account" on the same company details, a ceiling of 500 offers, and a bank account that "must accept money transfers in PLN" (source: help.allegro.com/en, non-EEA registration, September 2026). Listing is free either way - "the only basic fee is the sales commission" (source: help.allegro.com/en/fees, September 2026).
