Marketplace agency for selling across Europe

A small team in Poland running European marketplace accounts

EUROSELL sp. z o.o. works from Zielona Góra in Poland and takes clients’ brands onto 42 platforms across Europe – we run the day-to-day selling on many of them. There are six of us on purpose: the people you talk to are the ones working in your accounts – you can see who does what.

How we’re vetted

  • Amazon Europe Agency Program – Gold Agency Partner (Tier 2) since August 2026
  • Allegro Partner Zone (Strefa Partnerów), Allegro Ads, Kaufland Global Marketplace (Partner Agency Basic)
  • Amazon Ads Verified Partner, Amazon SPN, TikTok Shop Partner
  • Technology: Base and Apilo partnerships; Sellero – we are its implementation partner, deploying the system and running clients’ sales on it

Amazon, Amazon Ads and related logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. The Gold Agency Partner status is awarded and verified by Amazon.

Scope

Three ways to work with us – you choose which one

Marketplace, marketing and technology sit in one team. Logistics, customer service, VAT, EPR and the packaging registers run through partners we pick and keep on schedule.

We advise

Your team keeps the accounts. We bring what the guides do not: which platforms to open, in what order, and where your margin will not survive the entry.

We run one part

Pick the piece that hurts – one market, the campaigns, product content, or the integration with your systems.

We run everything

Accounts, listings in the market’s language, campaigns, account health, reporting. Price decisions stay with you, and the account is always yours.

Who comes to us

Four situations we hear most often

No names – just the questions we are asked most. Each starts with the same one: does this market pay off once the formalities are factored in?

A UK manufacturer entering Temu in the EU

“Temu does not charge any registration fees” (source: Temu EU Seller Center, September 2026). Under the EU’s general product safety rules a consumer product may not be placed on the EU market without an economic operator established in the Union as contact point for market surveillance (source: Regulation (EU) 2023/988).

A Danish seller adding Poland and Germany

Allegro reports 20.4 million active buyers (source: about.allegro.eu, September 2026), so Poland is rarely skipped. Germany adds paperwork: LUCID registration before the goods go on the market, a contract with a dual system for the packaging covered, and volume reporting in LUCID (source: verpackungsregister.org, September 2026).

A Lithuanian seller entering Germany

OTTO accepts sellers established in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Austria, France or Spain, with their own VAT number from one of them (source: otto.market, September 2026). Lithuania is not on the list, so the route runs through Amazon.de and Kaufland, where one registration covers nine marketplaces (source: kauflandglobalmarketplace.com, September 2026).

A German seller entering France

France asks for an IDU, issued by ADEME separately for each EPR stream, obligatory since 1 January 2022. A marketplace counts as the producer if it sells for a seller without a valid one, with fines of up to EUR 30,000 (source: filieres-rep.ademe.fr, September 2026).

EU VAT OSS at a glance

Three schemes, one registration
The One Stop Shop has three procedures – Union, non-Union and import. Under the Union scheme you register in one member state and settle the VAT due in the others through one return.
The threshold
EUR 10,000 – one EU-wide annual threshold covering intra-EU distance sales of goods and telecom, broadcasting and electronic services together; below it the place of supply stays in your own country.
What OSS does not do
An OSS return is additional – it does not replace the national VAT return, and says nothing about where your stock sits. A warehouse abroad is a separate question; see our page on selling in Germany.

How we start

A call, a short audit, then a plan

The call is free – the stack of documents is not.

  1. The 30-minute call

You tell us what you sell, where, and what is stuck. We do a short audit live and say what we see – including when a market makes no sense at your margin.

  2. The plan

Which platforms, in what order, and what has to be settled first – company requirements, VAT, EPR – with the person responsible named for each part.

  3. Setup, then the day-to-day

Accounts and verification, listings written for the customer in each country, and an integration that stops retyping stock, prices and orders by hand. Then we run campaigns against your margin and watch account health before the platform steps in.

FAQ

Working with a Polish team from abroad

Didn’t find an answer? Let’s talk See all questions
Can we work in English?

Yes – this site exists in English and German, and we work with clients who do not speak Polish. Listings and customer messages are written in the language of each market, not run through a translator; on OTTO, German-language service is a condition of selling (source: otto.market, September 2026).

What time zone are you in?

Zielona Góra, in western Poland – Central European Time: the same clock as Berlin and Paris, an hour ahead of London.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

The people who then work in your accounts. Six of us, deliberately – no call centre, no account manager relaying questions to a team you never meet. Who does what is on the about us page.

More on: About us
Do I need a company in the country I want to sell in?

Usually not – it depends on the platform. Allegro lets a seller from outside the European Economic Area – the UK, for example – hold one account per set of company details, capped at 500 listings, with the payout account verified directly (bank transfer or statement) or through Payoneer, WorldFirst, LianLian Global or PingPong; it has to accept transfers in PLN (source: help.allegro.com, September 2026). Inside the EEA you register on the ordinary path.

Who handles VAT, EPR and the registers – and what does it cost?

Partners we choose and keep on schedule, as with logistics and customer service; we are not tax advisers. There is no price list – we quote after the call.
